A harmonious world far from tiring troubles, absurd confusion and noise with sweet mountainous air, fresh rich forests, flowerly glades, magnificent valleys and of course flowers, that make all of these meaningful. It's not in vain that since the4-5 centuries the cottage and the hunting place of the Arshakuni Kings were situtated here.
It is situated only 52 kilometres North from Yerevan on 1825 m above sea level. It takes 75 km from Zwartnotz airports. Surrounded by woody mountains from all sides, the air is sweet, fresh and completely undusty here. In summer the town covers with lush vegetation, in winter the snow covering reaches to 1,5 metres. Thanks to all these Tsakhkadzor, being simply a living area, is also so famous as a resort place.
